RUNNING TRAINING PROGRAM OPTIONS:

Ready to get started on the best running of your life?

Tired of using a generic training programs and wish you had something created just for you? Want a program designed by a certified coach? Coach Freddie offers a fully personalized training program based on your needs and for whatever race distance you need.  These programs are for runners of all levels.  After a consultation, I'll do a complete evaluation of your previous training and racing.  I will also go on a run with you to analyze your running technique.  After conducting the consultation and a run analysis, I'll determine your strengths and weaknesses as a runner. I'll evaluate your goals and determine how to best advance you toward them.  I'll design and build a fully customized program just for you.  I will determine your heart rate zones in which you should train in and develop a training program incorporating these heart rate zones.  Your program will gradually but progressively guide you toward your race(s).  All these programs include three (3) sessions in which I will run with you to provide coaching.  In these sessions I will put you through several field tests and show you how to do several types of run workouts.  You'll train optimally and avoid the pitfalls that come with following a generic program. You'll become a better runner.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE THREE SEPARATE PRIVATE WORKOUTS FOCUSING ON ENDURANCE, POWER, AND SPEED DEVELOPMENT

12 - 16 WEEK PROGRAM - $100

This program is great for the runner who wants to build a proper endurance base prior to beginning race-specific training. It is also perfect for the athlete who wants help with their last three months leading into their goal race(s) as well as for the beginner who wants to get started on a smart training program. 

20 WEEK PROGRAM - $125

If your goal race is four months away and you want the best preparation, then this is the program for you. It is also perfect for beginners who are getting ready for a 5K or 10K.

24 WEEK PROGRAM - $150

This program will take you from day one to the finish line of a 5K, 10K, half-marathon, or marathon.  It is also perfect from beginner to experienced runners preparing for a fall/winter marathon.  Also perfect for the athlete who has a full season of races planned.

GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM:

-  Are you and your friends planning to train for a race together?  Coach Freddie offers Group training rates / group training programs / customized clinics are available.  Contact Coach Freddie for additional information.

PRIVATE COACHING:

- $50 Per Hour
